Bighorn Consulting Engineers is actively engaged in the “green” and sustainability movement in the building industry. Our firm includes personnel that are LEED and CEM (Certified Energy Manager) accredited.

The firm was originally founded in 2003 by Blaine Buck, PE, CBCP, and Shawn Brill, PE, CEM, and continues to be operated by Blaine Buck and Mark Harrington, PE, LEED.
Our personnel have over 200 years in the industry with experience not only in consulting engineering but also equipment sales, temperature controls, and facilities management. This diverse background enables us to better understand client needs and expectations.
We offer a full range of engineering services including system evaluations, life-cycle cost analysis, conceptual planning and budgeting and construction documents and specifications. We work equally well in a traditional plan and spec delivery system or in the design/build delivery system.
